"We initially began our search for a window replacement company in April of 2021. We searched the Internet for contractors to have our windows replaced. After several quotes from different contractors we chose Custom Windows LLC. The sheer professionalism that we experienced with this company is unsurpassed by none. From the initial contact through the finished product, the final product exceeded our expectations. Terressa came out and did an initial measure to get us a rough estimate. Then Robert came out and did the final measurements. Once all that was done, we selected Custom Windows Co. to do our window replacements. Robert and his helper crew were exceptional in their professionalism and their attention to detail. We couldn't be more pleased with the final product. The communications from Terressa in keeping us informed of the ordering process was excellent. They let us know what was happening all along the way. We understood, no problems there, think Covid issues, that supply chain issues were causing delays. Anyway, our replacement windows were done and we couldn't be happier. The sheer professionalism and expertise of this company cannot be overstated. Thanks Robert and Terressa for a job exceptionally done!
